What materials are the boots made of?

All the boots are made of leather.  They all have a puncture resistant mid-sole. 

The safe-toe boots have a composite toe that can withstand more that 101.1J of impact.

 

Can I exchange if the size does not fit?

Yes, you can advise us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. To perform an exchange, the items must be in new condition and received within 14 days of the receipt of purchase.  Please reference your invoice number when communicating with us about your exchange.

 

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can advise us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.  The returned item must be in new condition and received within 14 days of the receipt of purchase.  Please reference your invoice number when communicating with us about your return.  There is a 25% restocking fee.  You can expect the refund minus the restocking fee in 7 days after receipt of the merchandise.  

 

Can I cancel my purchase?

Yes, you can cancel your purchase within one hour of completing the transaction if it has not left our warehouse for shipping. There is a 5% cancellation fee.  You can expect the refund minus the cancellation fee in 7 days after successfully cancelling your order. Please reference your invoice number when communicating with us about your desire to cancel your order.

 

What is your shipping time?

Within the continuous United States most purchases will be received within 3 - 5 days.

For international shipping most purchases will be received within 10 - 15 days.
